Rupert Murdoch cites RPA estimates in Congressional testimony
Testifying before the U.S. House Subcommittee on Immigration, Citizenship, Refugees Border Security, and International Law, Fox News Channel owner Murdoch cites The Costs of Mass Deportation study completed by RPA for the Center for American Progress. Said Murdoch "It is nonsense to talk about expelling 11 or 12 million people. Not only is it impractical, it is cost-prohibitive. A study this year put the cost of mass deportation at $286 billion over five years."

Mexico's Bicentennial
For a project we completed for the Chicago Council on Global Affairs we compiled a unique set of population data on Mexican immigrants in Midwestern counties going back to 1940. We post it in honor of Mexico's Bicentennial It's a complex data set but here it is.
